Mike Mathes and Farris Adams, owners of The Ultimate Big-N-Bad Boyz, are passionate about developing a premium herd of Heavy-Antlered, Tall-Tined and Wide-Beamed white-tailed deer. Both men are avid hunters. They have taken big game in Canada, Alaska, Africa, New Zealand, Australia and virtually every state in the union. The pursuit of Heavy-Antlered animals was the common denominator for every hunt. The pursuit of the “perfect rack” is the driving force behind their whitetail breeding operation.
Mike grew up on a cattle farm. He became an expert at raising beef cattle, maintaining machinery and operating heavy excavation equipment. His gift for analyzing real estate and executing a business plan to completion served him well as a land developer from the late nineties through 2008. Prior to land development, he often received top honors for sales and customer satisfaction. Mike is fully dedicated to the development of a rock-solid genetic line of whitetail deer. He is equally committed to the goals of customer appreciation and quality relationships with his fellow deer farmers as he is with his obsession for developing the “Ultimate Genetics”.
Farris has over fifteen years in the brick trade. As the owner of a bricking and stone business, he learned the rewards of hard work. Most recently, Farris worked part-time for Mike helping in the deer operation. His two small daughters love to visit and feed the deer as well. He too has a passion for growing the number one buck in the world.
